About our Shipping Charges for Your Purchases
We offer several choices for shipping:
1. U.S. Postal Service Media Mail. (not available to Hawaii or Alaska)
Media Mail can take up to 2 weeks because of Homeland Security random postal inspection delays.
NOTE: We are allowed to use Media Mail only if your order is all books, videos, DVDs, cards and bookmarks. If you order anything else (eg flags, jewelry or postage) we cannot use Media Mail and must ship via Priority Mail or UPS.
2. U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (or 1 st class for small, light envelopes). This is how we prefer to send things. The time it takes from when we ship is usually only 3 or 4 days (again subject to random delays by the U.S. government).
3. UPS (United Parcel Service) 2 nd day . Keep in mind, we don't do Saturday or Sunday delivery with our UPS service and we first have to package your order. Our office ships orders on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
International Orders: FOR ALL International Orders (that includes Mexico, Canada, and Puerto Rico) must be priced separately. Why? Because airmail to each country is different for different sizes and weights. We attempt to send every international order marked on the custom form as “gifts” so that you won't have to pay duty at your end. To do that, we cannot include the invoice or receipt. [We hold all international order receipts for 30 days in case you email us and request us to fax the receipt.] We can only ship International Orders AFTER you have contacted us via email or phone Email Dawenwalker at Suzanne@BirthingTheFuture.com . We get hundreds of emails each day.
